with this research study i aim to focus on identifying the underlying causes of everyday uncertainties faced by the undergraduate communication design (code) students. finding the causes is only half of my aim; the other is to design self-help tools to help navigate student-learning experience in a positive way. the tool aims to be a communications and wellness tool, aiding students in their day-to-day life – both at an academic and personal level. the preliminary findings of my research have been published in a paper at the 2018 IDA & IDSA education symposium- http://www.idsa.org/educationpaper/designing-enhanced-studentexperience-design-institutions
